This house was one of our favorites, since it was kept immaculate and a quick and easy job. This was a wonderful house and a cute set up for a family. We honestly wished we bought it as an income property.
When we first got here the garage door was broken, and it was a bear to open. Luckily, we had East Coast Overhead Doors come out and fix it for us. Now the door opens with a pinky finger and works like a charm.
We removed all of the previous owners belongings and donated them to Habitat for Humanity's “Restore”.
After the previous homeowners belongings were removed we were able to get a nice clean from top to bottom of the whole property. It is officially on the market and we hope it will sell quickly!
