A Step Back In Time

Our client recently lost a family member and was overwhelmed with all the belongings and furniture that remained. He being elderly himself, and already having enough furniture of his own didn’t have space for it and he needed help.

Luckily, we were able to donate the remaining belongings that were in good shape to Habit for Humanity, as well as some local families who were in need. The rest was removed and junked.

After the belongings were removed, our client had the carpet removed and a new coat of paint to give this home a fresh start. Once completed, our team came back in to perform a deep clean to remove any of the dirt and grime left behind.

Nannette DuJany-Fatigate at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services of New England Properties was then brought in to list the house. We were so happy to pair up with Nannette and her team again. Of course, they were able to sell it in record time!
