This was a home of an artist who passed away. The job consisted of sorting through belongings and getting property in shape for sale. We met with auction houses to appraise and sell items of value. We contracted a book dealer to come in to look at and purchase books of value from a huge collection.

We picked contractors to fix various electrical problems (replace all plugs and switches so the property looked fresh), and some minimal carpentry. We also selected landscapers to fix up the outside and hired a painter to update kitchen cabinets (on our recommendation), put a fresh coat of paint everywhere, and repair some peeling issues.

After all the work was completed, we replaced the cabinet hardware.

We brought in dumpsters and also did truckloads of dump runs. Last but not least we brought in a cleaning crew and contracted with a local carpet cleaner to freshen up the carpets on our way out the door.

Home went up for market and sold in a short period of time.
