We are finally finished with this project. We are so happy and thankful to all who worked on this project with us, especially our team.

When we took this project on it was supposed to be just a clean up, it then turned into a full clean out and sale. Since starting we removed all of the belongings, worked and coordinated with an auction house, as well as The National Baseball Hall of Fame to come remove what was salvageable. This house was indeed a Hoarders Paradise. It had a plethora of treasures, from jewelry to high end ceramics as well as tons of different memorabilia from every different sport and Nascar too.

Once we removed all the belongings we needed to do a deep clean. We came in with our HEPA VAC and provided sanitization spray to remove any issues with fecal matter left behind from any previous mice infestations.

We worked with a great realtor, Nannette DuJany-Fatigate from Berkshire Hathaway Home Services New England Properties who expressed their top priority was to focus on curb appeal and the grounds. They felt that due to its location and work that needed to be done to update and revive this house, it was most likely a tear down or flip.

With that in mind, instead of our typical paint and updating existing features, we decided to just focus on a good clean. We brought in United Landscaping to help us achieve our goals to beautify the grounds. We came up with a game plan and it dramatically transformed this dreary cottage into a beautiful chalet in the woods!

We also ran into some electrical problems along the way so we brought in our trusted electrician Steve at Grumman Electric to come and repair any immediate issues.

Finally, after all was said and done our team came in to add some minor fall decor as a final decorative touch, to get this house ready to go on the market!

I am happy to say the feedback so far has been nothing short of amazing. There are currently three great offers on the house, and it is also above the initial asking price.
