“RUSH CLOSING”

Full Clean Out & Removal

For this clean out, we received a call on a Monday night, our client needed the whole condo cleaned out and cleaned up. It all needed to be done in record time since the closing was the following Monday. We went the next day to look at the job. This job was the definition of a rush situation.

The home was still fully furnished, and not even close to ready for closing, and to make matters worse we were booked out till Thursday.

We took the job with the odds against us and started first thing Thursday morning. Unfortunately, due to the time constraints we didn’t have time to set up with an auction house, or even set up a tag sale for the family. We first walked through with the family and determined what furniture and items were to be saved. We then relocated items that the family wanted to keep and took the remaining items to Habitat for Humanity and Goodwill.

Once furniture, clothing, and kitchen gadgets had been donated, we moved onto garbage removal and finished this project up with a deep clean. We had three days, our company and employees worked hard to keep within our time frame, and I am pleased to say it came out great!
